**ABOUT YOU**:
You are a detail-oriented and proactive project manager, skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful implementation of our portfolio of projects. You bring strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, ensuring projects are executed smoothly and efficiently.

**ROLE DETAILS**:
As an **Implementation Project Manager**, you will be responsible for managing projects across various stages of the lifecycle, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution, identify potential issues early, and facilitate communication among stakeholders. Anticipated work hours are M-F; 40 hours per week.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Project Planning**: Develop detailed project plans to guide the execution of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- **Execution & Delivery**: Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring that projects are completed within the defined scope, budget, and schedule.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and challenges, proactively mitigating issues that may affect project timelines or quality.
- **Team Coordination**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project success.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment on project goals.
- **Collaboration**: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and a culture of excellence while providing guidance, motivation, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Budget Management**: Monitor project expenses to ensure they align with the allocated budget and report variances.
- **Problem Solving**: Address project obstacles promptly, developing solutions to keep projects on track and escalating when appropriate.
- **Process Improvement**: Assist in refining project management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Client Support**: Travel to client sites as necessary for project scoping, training, and implementation.

**REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES**:

- Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making ability, with a focus on quickly identifying issues and implementing practical and efficient solutions.
- Time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to deliver results within deadlines.
- Basic budget management experience, with the ability to track and report project costs.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on maintaining project quality and meeting deadlines.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science) preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support project needs and client engagement.
