**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Handle orders and requests for scaffolding rentals and sales by providing accurate, courteous, efficient, and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers.
- Take pictures of orders shipping and receiving returns.
- Enter all pictures of shipped and received materials.
- Prepare estimates and documents for shipping.
- Accurate and timely processing of data on computer system.
- Maintain a neat and organized yard area.
- Other duties as assigned.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Experience in scaffolding material would be considered an asset.
- Excellent communication skills including an excellent command of English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Must be physically fit, able to work in outdoor conditions all year round as required, and able to lift to 50lbs as needed.
- Rough Terrain Forklift experience would be an asset, but we can train on site if needed.
- Need standard CSA approved steel toe boots, we will provide safety glasses, work gloves, hard hat, and reflective vest.
- Willing and able to learn new products, concepts, and techniques.
- Software:

- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Quantify program would be considered an asset.
- Able to work independently and with a team.
- A team player able to work in a deadline driven, fast-paced environment.
- Pre-access testing
