**Job Description**:
Make this the start of a rewarding career. Whether you are new to the industry or looking for a change, Manitoulin Transport will provide you with the necessary tools so that you can manage one of our terminals once you have completed the process.

You will begin your training at one of our Terminal facilities with relocation to your own
terminal usually within 6 - 15 months from your start date.

You must be prepared to go anywhere in Quebec and you will have a choice to go to any of our 80 + terminals across the country once training is complete.

We will provide you with a great orientation and a lot of support, so you can learn about the different areas of our business which include freight handling and management, staff supervision, health and safety compliance, cost control and budgeting, equipment and our number one priority, customer service.

Trainees perform a combination of observation, actual work experience and leadership soft skills training.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills and time management
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Flexible with hours of work
- Maintain a professional image
- Eager and willing to learn
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Leadership experience
- Post secondary education would be considered an asset
- Knowledge of the Transportation Industry would be considered an asset
