**Job description**
- Greet customers and take payment using POS system.
- Answering phone calls and booking events using POS system.
- Food preparation in canteen including snacks, hot and cold food items.
- Cleaning and disinfecting playground, furniture, washrooms, and common areas.
- Host for Birthday parties and private events.
- Stocking inventory.

**Examples of Duties**
- Greets families.
- Inventory of food and supplies
- Scheduling staff
- Enforce rules and policies in a kind and courteous manner.
- Cleans and maintains equipment and playground daily. Reports repairs promptly.
- Stock birthday party room according to procedures.
- Enforce rules and policies in a courteous manner while providing a special event for children and their families.
- Serve food for birthday party according to safe food-handling procedures, health codes and regulations.
- Organize people, room and supplies, keeping areas clean, neat and organized.
- Clean-up birthday party room after event.
- Performs general maintenance in facility including trash, washroom, etc.
- Respond to emergency procedures
- Complete all other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager
- Able to clean frequently as per guidance
- Able to recognize physical distancing and when it's needed

**Qualifications**
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be proficient with computer usage including use of printer & scanner.
- Proficient in reading, writing and typing.
- Able to multi-task.
- Organized.
- Graduated high school
- Ability to look ahead and read birthday calendars/sheets.
- Be able to work in an environment with high noise level.
- Ability to interact with children and adults.
- Be able to lift 25 pounds.
- Physical requirements involve a combination of walking and standing. Includes stooping, climbing, bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, reaching and walking on uneven surfaces.
- Ability to climb on and through equipment for maintenance purposes.
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule with varying hours.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Must be able to follow directions and work cooperatively with others.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent.

**Salary: $12.50-15 per hour** to start. 1 month probation for all new employees. 3 month performance evaluation.
