We are a growing public accounting firm seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Manager with a focus on Canadian tax to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is looking to grow their career in delivering exceptional client service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and review Canadian corporate, personal, and trust tax returns.
- Provide tax planning and advisory services to a diverse client base.
- Research and analyze complex Canadian tax issues, including corporate reorganizations and cross-border matters.
- Liaise with clients and tax authorities, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members.
- Collaborate with partners and managers to identify new business opportunities.

**Qualifications**
- CPA designation with a minimum of 5+ years of progressive Canadian tax experience.
- Completion of, or significant progress in, the CPA In-Depth Tax Course (preferred).
- Deep knowledge of Canadian income tax legislation and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
