Vanguard Mechanical Ltd., is a privately held, full-service mechanical contractor based out of Maple Ridge, BC, with active projects throughout the Lower Mainland. We are looking for a Plumbing Project Coordinator to join our team out of our Head Office. The Plumbing Project Coordinator will provide supporting framework for the Project Mechanical Management Team through administrative processes and resource coordination in areas such as people, information, material and equipment in project environments.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:
**MUST HAVE: RED SEAL IP CERTIFICATION AS A PLUMBER**

Demonstrated understanding of construction projects life cycle

Plumbing and or Mechanical Construction experience

Strong IT skills, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Adobe or Bluebeam

Detail Orientated, Excellent Time Management & Communication Skills

Enjoy working in a dynamic, professional and team-orientated environment

**Responsibilities**:
Project document control including the maintenance of electronic and manual filing systems as per company standards and processed

Maintain database of field personnel, time sheets, packing slips and expenses

Assist Project Managers in issuing and tracking transmittal's, meetings, RFI’s, shop drawings, purchase orders, change orders and subcontracts

Management and tracking of change orders

Develop and track project schedules and report overall project progress as required

Assist in ensuring that projects are administered in compliance with company and industry standards

Develop and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders

Other related duties as required

**Job Types**:Full-time, Permanent

**Pay**: $25.10-$26.48 per hour

**Expected hours**:40 per week

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)

**Experience**:

- Plumbing (Journeyman): 4 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

**Licence/Certification**:

- Plumber - Journeyperson Required

**Work Location**:In person

Pay: $25.10-$26.48 per hour
