**About the role**:
Sunworks Farm is hiring a reliable and motivated Shift Lead to support daily operations at our Bountiful location.
**Responsibilities**:
- Open and close the store — must be available for both opening and closing shifts
- Take full ownership of stall operations during assigned shifts
- Lead and support a 2-4 person team
- Provide excellent customer service — handle returns, customer complaints, and special requests independently
- Manage weekly ordering and full inventory cycle — forecast accurately, prevent stockouts and waste
- Act as point of contact for staff questions and operational issues during shift
- Ensure staff complete closing duties properly
- Handle cash, floats, and complete accurate cash-out procedures
- Train new staff members on daily operations and customer service standards
- Report directly to the General Manager
**What we’re looking for**:
- Proven reliability — this is a keyholder role with full operational responsibility
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — especially with inventory and ordering
- Previous experience handling cash and leading a small team
- Ability to take initiative and problem-solve on the floor
- Positive communicator with a team-first attitude
- Confident working in a fast-paced farmers market environment — must be comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs and staying active throughout the day
- Fluent English — able to interact clearly with customers
- Available to work a mix of opening and closing shifts, including weekends
- Must have access to reliable transportation (personal vehicle)
