Matalco Inc. operates a manufacturing facility in Brampton, Ontario and is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Maintenance Coordinator. This role will assist the maintenance department with their administrative functions with fast and accurate detail. This role will also support production and various other departments.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage the CMMS according to department expectations and manufacturer recommendations in order to ensure equipment is properly serviced and will have the proper lifespan
- Collect, enter, maintain and transmit accurate data according to department standards for department statistical analysis, filing and requisition processing
- Facilitate 3rd party resources, scheduling and follow up according to department expectations in order to ensure that all crucial parts and components, including consumables are on hand at a moment’s notice
- Report deviations, discrepancies or non-conforming material based on departmental procedure in order for the Maintenance team to make corrections or adjustments to processes or ordering accordingly
- Comply with all safety rules, company practices/procedures, DOT requirements and participate in safe work practices, as outlined by the company and government regulations in order to facilitate a safe and compliant working environment
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

**WORK CONDITIONS, ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES**:

- Comfortable working in a heavy industry environment
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems;
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 - 3 years on job experience in administrative or supply field; proficient with Microsoft Suite

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
