**You as Legal Counsel will**:

- Participate in and lead in commercial negotiations and on bids for new construction projects of varying size and complexity, including projects in the commercial, residential and infrastructure spaces
- Provide support required to help projects achieve commercial and financial close
- Lead and manage complex construction and facilities management disputes
- Manage and direct external counsel and consultants on disputes of varying size and complexity
- Provide general advice and support to projects and business units

**Is this the right role for you?**
- 4 to 10 years of legal experience, including meaningful experience on construction and facilities management projects and disputes
- A desire to work in the areas of construction and facilities management
- Strong document and file management organizational skills and experience
- Ability to develop creative solutions to new problems and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
- A desire and ability to collaborate with professionals with different skills and background
