**Custom Cellular is an Independent TELUS/KOODO Authorized Dealer with 16 locations** **throughout Alberta and Northern BC**. We are seeking customer focused, energetic, friendly people who share our passion for Customer Service and the Telecom Industry

**Responsibilities**

As a Retail Sales Representative you will be responsible for:

- Providing Outstanding Customer Service to all Inbound/Outbound and/or Virtual Customers
- Selling and Promoting of all TELUS Home Services, including Smart Home Security
- Selling and Promoting of all TELUS/KOODO Mobility Products and Services
- Determining needs of Consumer/Business Clients and suggesting the appropriate Products or Solutions to meet those needs
- Contacting our Customer Base regularly (phone/text) to offer After Sales Support or Sales Solutions as needed
- Store Merchandizing and Operational Tasks

- Must meet minimum age requirements to sign Legal Documents (18 in Alberta; 19 in British Columbia)

On Average, Retail Sales Associates earn **$17.50-$22** per hour with both Hourly and Commission, with our Top Representatives earning **$25-$30** per hour with Commissions factored in In Addition, Representatives earn extra income directly from TELUS through their TELUS One Program

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Camrose, AB: Relocate before starting work (required)
