**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team. As a Retail Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our range of vape products, and assisting customers in finding the right products to meet their needs. Your knowledge of vaping products, enthusiasm, and commitment to providing an outstanding shopping experience will contribute to the success of our store.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage customers in a welcoming and professional manner as well as check identification to verify customers' age for the purchase of age-restricted products.
- Provide product information, recommendations, and guidance to customers on various vape products, including e-cigarettes, e-liquids, accessories, and hardware.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions based on their preferences and requirements.
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately, ensuring correct pricing and handling of payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including restocking shelves and displays.
- Educate customers on proper product usage, maintenance, and safety practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and regulations related to vaping.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, escalating to management when necessary.
- Contribute to inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with regular stock counts.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a must.
- Familiarity with vaping products and terminology preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A positive and proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new information.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to safety guidelines related to vaping products.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

**Salary**: $16.65 per hour

Day range:

- Every Weekend
- Weekends as needed

Shift:

- 10 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
