**Job Summary**

This job includes but not limited to:
Installing and maintaining hardscape elements like patios, walkways, retaining walls and driveways requiring physical strength, attention to detail and the ability to work outdoors in various conditions.

Read and interpret landscape design plans and blueprints. understand elevations and use this knowledge to execute the construction plans.

Operate and maintain a variety of equipment, including bobcats, backhoes, plate compactors and other tools.

Load and unload materials and equipment from vehicles.

Follow project instructions and work with a team to complete tasks according to project scope.

Complete necessary paperwork, including timesheets, work orders and material requisitions

Plan and organize the job ensuring sufficient resources and materials are available

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Properly use and maintain equipment
- Strong knowledge of Hardscape landscape maintenance techniques and practices.
- Proficiency in using power tools safely and effectively.
- Mechanical knowledge for maintaining landscaping equipment.
- Capability to build landscape features that enhance outdoor aesthetics.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HARD-LANDSCAPING DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NO EXPERIENCE.

MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE IN GOOD STANDING, THIS IS A DEAL BREAKER

This is an all year round, full time position with plenty of room to grow the division and within our Company.

Pay: $19.00-$30.00 per hour
