**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer customer service phone calls and provide accurate information.
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk.
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate entry into the system.
- Handle warranty registrations and claims efficiently.
- Provide occasional light warehouse support (picking orders, packaging, shipping) for approximately 5-10 hours per week.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs as required.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$24.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
