Rosetown, Canada Golden West Broadcasting Full time

**Who is Homefield?** A part of Golden West Broadcasting, Homefield brings marketing and organizational development solutions to clients across Western Canada. At work we call ourselves designers, marketers, strategists, planners, coaches, producers, developers, and writers - just to name a few. But that’s really _what_ each of us does. _Who_ we are is a little simpler. We’re a group of supportive, driven, life-long learners of our craft who support the growth of our communities. Not to mention, we’re experts at having complete conversations in gifs. (It’s a skill, we swear)

**What is a Marketing Advisor?** Homefield MAs partner with Golden West Account Managers to bring holistic marketing solutions to local businesses. They offer insight and guide strategic direction for digital campaigns, traditional media, SEO management, and general marketing acrobatics. MAs also provide workflow oversight and monitor campaign results to ensure our efforts advance our client’s objectives.

**What will you do?**
- Develop and pitch multi-media campaigns. You’ll combine research, insight from the Account Manager, and marketing best practices to build proposals which you’ll present alongside the Account Manager. After each presentation, you’ll field questions to help close the sale.
- Maintain client relationships. You’ll offer current clients ongoing support and insight.
- Manage multiple ongoing projects. You’ll enter each approved campaign into our project management system, communicate with stakeholders, and review deliverables.
- Sales enablement. You’ll meet regularly with Account Managers to discuss project status, learn about prospective clients, and advise on marketing campaigns.
- Campaign reporting. You’ll create progress reports and present them to clients, offering recommendations to improve campaign performance or refresh creative. You’ll also spot opportunities for additional solutions Golden West can provide to the client.
- Develop creative briefs. You’ll define campaign and creative strategy, share the brief with our in-house creative team and advise on creative refreshes as needed.

**Who are you?**
- A marketer. You have some combination of education or experience. You should be able to build a marketing plan for a small business, from scratch.
- Driven to help local business grow. You’re comfortable presenting ideas, and you’re willing to learn consultative sales skills.
- A puzzler. You can examine the challenges and opportunities faced by local businesses and collaborate to solve each unique marketing puzzle.
- Organized. You know how to break up a large task into manageable pieces and partner with teammates to advance each one. You’re good with doing this for many projects at once, each with different deadlines.
- A skilled communicator. You have effective written and verbal communication for a business setting, in the English language.
- Tech savvy. You’re a PowerPoint pro, skilled in digital collaboration platforms, fluent in social media, and a quick study with new tools.

**What’s in it for you? **Let’s get the obvious out of the way. You get to work with a fun, hard-working group who’s been known to have a laugh a time or two. But not only that:

- We act with integrity, innovation, and agility - and we strive to create an environment where you can do the same.
- We put a heavy focus on giving back to our communities - they are at the heart of everything we do.
- We offer regular coaching and ongoing development opportunities - we want you to be the best YOU you can be.
- You’ll work in a caring environment where the health, safety, and well-being of our current and future team members is a priority.
- You’ll get paid salary plus extended health benefits, pension plan, and Employee Assistance Plan.
- You’ll get to relax and recover - three weeks’ paid vacation and ten paid sick days per year, with vacation increases based on tenure_and_ your birthday off
