Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive service department. Your main goal will be to assist customers with their vehicle service needs and ensure their satisfaction.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and assist them in scheduling appointments for vehicle service
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document them
- Conduct vehicle inspections and provide detailed explanations of necessary repairs or maintenance
- Provide estimates for repairs and inform customers of any additional services that may be required
- Upsell additional services or products based on customers' needs
- Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any changes in the estimated completion time
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a dealership or automotive repair shop is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
- Familiarity with various makes and models of vehicles
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers in a clear and understandable manner
- Proficient in using computer software for scheduling, invoicing, and record keeping
