About Us

The Role
- In person at public libraries (never at students’ homes).
- Online using Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms.

You’ll have the freedom to set your own availability. While hours are not guaranteed, our client base is growing quickly, and we do our best to match tutors with students who fit their strengths and schedules.

What You’ll Do:

- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs.
- Prepare or adapt lesson materials as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Communicate with families when needed in a clear and respectful way.

What We’re Looking For:

- Comfortable with a flexible schedule and sometimes short-notice requests.
- Strong English skills; additional languages are a great bonus.
- Reliable, respectful, and easy to connect with.
- Clear communicator with students, families, and our team.

Details:
Hours: Flexible and based on your availability.

Pay:
$17/hour for online sessions (we’ll set everything up for you)

$21-22/hour for in-person sessions (at the library closest to the student).

How to Apply:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 30 per week
