Join our hardworking Maintenance team and help ensure everything—from guest rooms and pools to public spaces—looks and works its best for visitors from around the world. As a Maintenance Attendant, you’ll play a key role behind the scenes, performing routine maintenance, tackling repairs, solving problems, and supporting the smooth operation of our properties. No two days are ever the same. If you’re a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in seeing immediate results and enjoys variety in your day, this role is perfect for you.
**What You’ll Do**:

- Perform general maintenance and repairs across guest rooms, restaurants, pools, and public areas.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete assigned work orders efficiently.
- Support the safe and smooth operation of hotel facilities by maintaining clean, hazard-free indoor and outdoor areas.
- Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure quick resolution of maintenance concerns.
- Follow health and safety procedures and report hazards or injuries immediately.
- Assist with seasonal upkeep such as snow and ice removal.
- Carry out additional duties as needed to support guest satisfaction and property operations.

**What You Bring**:

- Background in electrical, plumbing, or general building maintenance (essential).
- Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with HVAC systems or a Pool Operator’s Certificate is an asset.
- Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license (or provincial/international equivalent).
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Physically capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, task-oriented, and motivated to get results.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive, team-focused attitude and eagerness to learn.
