- Purpose of this position:_

**To work in partnership with Ste. Anne’s Spa and sales team members to achieve sales goals while providing the guests with a personal “human touch” encounter and take home experience**.

**Job Requirements**:

**Key Objective # 1 - To deliver product experiences, hands on demonstrations, product demonstrations and complimentary services as a value-add and point of difference**
- To be polite and professional at all times
- To greet all guests and maintain eye contact when speaking with them
- To be knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area
- Offer value added services to all guests that enter the boutique
- To continue bringing our guests the “power of healing, through human touch” by helping them to experience the products we offer in a sensory way through the sense of smell, touch, and sight
- To help the guest relax and enjoy the possibilities of items that will potentially extend their spa experience at home
- Interact in a professional manner with each guest focusing on their experience. Avoid talking about personal issues or company issues and always refocus the guest on their experience
- To welcome and encourage everyone to participate in the care and aftercare experience

Base Wage plus commission

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.50-$22.50 per hour
