**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct needs assessments and analyzes skill gaps of sales and service staff to determine appropriate training strategies and approaches
- Coach and mentor sales and service staff by listening to calls and/or participating in ride alongs to enhance their performance and share constructive feedback to ensure they are using learned skills effectively
- Collaborate with sales managers, Regional Directors and other stakeholders to develop and improve training materials, resources, or job aids based on common performance gaps identified in sales and service calls.
- Deliver training sessions to sales and service staff in various formats, such as instructor-led classroom training, virtual training, or eLearning
- Develop and maintain training schedules, and manage the delivery of training programs to ensure that deadlines are met and stakeholders are kept informed of progress
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using various evaluation methods, such as surveys, assessments, and focus groups, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales and service training to ensure the organization is delivering innovative and effective training solutions
- Collaborate with sales leaders to align training programs with organizational goals and objectives, and ensure that training supports the organization's sales and service strategy
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales training or sales management, preferably in a corporate environment, software or automotive industry experience an asset
- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, strategies, and best practices
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners
- Experience with training delivery methods such as instructor-led classroom training, virtual training, or e-learning
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales staff, stakeholders, and team members
- Valid Canadian passport and ability to travel to the United States
