**The Opportunity**:
As an Oracle Fusion Support Specialist, your primary focus will be on managing, and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials and Procurement. You will be responsible for maintaining the functionality of our financial systems, and providing expert support to end-users.

Your daily responsibilities will include assisting stakeholders with troubleshooting errors, taking care of configurations, introducing enhancements, and executing project requirements. You will also be actively involved in the quarterly Oracle upgrades, including new feature testing.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Application Support
- Liaise with SaaS Cloud providers to resolve technical & functional issues, coordinate updates & patches
- Assist the Business Services department with the administration and configuration of Oracle Fusion Financials for optimal use.

Technology Training
- Curate an open repository of training information and documentation regarding Oracle Fusion Financial for the use of all staff.
- Update training materials & documentation on an ongoing basis as technology evolves.

Reporting & Analytics
- Assist & support College stakeholders in preparation of custom reports within Fusion.

**Education/Experience/Skills/Knowledge Required**:

- Post-secondary education in an IT-related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Oracle certification is an asset. Preference to Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist
- Prior experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementation an asset
- Strong ability to learn information management systems
- Familiarity with development environments such as Microsoft Visual Studio and the Oracle Developer Suite; and reporting environments such as Oracle BI Analytics, Millenium FAST.
- Strong customer focus with a commitment to service and addressing the needs of end users.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills are a must.
