The Espace Métier SOPP project aims to offer SOPP employees a unique tool with the aim of solving existing problems by simplifying processes and work tools.

The functional analyst acts as a content specialist in the delivery of solutions, in their maintenance and their update.
- Actively participate in the definition and evolution of business solutions or software products of different sizes
- Responds to various requests for changes or patches related to a project or product in order to be consistent with the needs of our members and customers.
- Ensures the quality and security of solutions by defining functional specifications
- Supports the business partner in deploying or upgrading technological solutions in alignment between business needs and the functions of the modules of the solutions retained.
- Participates in the definition of the implementation strategy, ensures the tests required under its scope, participates in the implementation and contributes to the resolution of anomalies
- As a member of a team, he assumes a role of leadership and influence. Leads his team and is required to collaborate regularly with others. Exercises a role of consultant and content expert with dedicated customers and partners.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Define specific functional specifications/exceptions in collaboration with the project owner (product owner) and the project team.
- Work in co-creation with our business partners on developing needs and managing product backlogs
- Participate in the definitions of the different scopes (stories, release, sprint, project, trials)
- Defines and executes automated and/or manual tests under scope (specific cases/exceptions)
- Produce or update the required documentation.
- Collaborate and/or take charge of the management of incidents/problems under its scope
- Collaborate as a specialist in the feasibility / detailed design of the solution
- Advise and guide the development team and the product owner by recommending different functional alternatives aligned with the architecture

**Skills**:

**Salary**: $80.00-$140.00 per hour
