**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development of brand strategy and positioning to ensure that it aligns with company goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of brand marketing campaigns.
- Plan and coordinate brand campaigns & promotions working cross functionally with Marketing Channel teams to execute
- Be the key support of the new product development process within the Marketing team, liaising cross-functionally with R&D, operations, and packaging to ensure expectations are met in a timely fashion.
- Assist with the creation of presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in market and competitive analysis to identify consumer trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales team to develop sell-in materials for new products and ensure successful product launches.
- Support Brand Management team with ongoing Brand Health Tracking via various industry sources and reporting back on key performance indicators.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience in brand management or related field.
- Ability to think strategically while also being detail-oriented and able to execute projects efficiently
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent project management, communication and organizational skills, ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: $54,532.73-$110,820.43 per year
