What you will do here:
- Provide guidance, leadership and management for client teams
- Foster the development of team members through coaching, mentoring and providing regular feedback
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Oversee all aspects of client service, especially quality of service provided by all LOB’s and relations with all parties
- Provide proactive and thoughtful consulting
- Deliver integrative solutions
- Stay on top of developments affecting pension plans, and share with the team and clients as appropriate
- Identify problems and implement proactive and creative solutions
What you will bring:
- Have FCIA designation
- 10+ years of experience in pension plan consulting
- Very good knowledge of pension plan legislation and actuarial standards of practice
- Ability and interest to lead and mentor junior team members
- Exceptional client focus with strong professional acumen
- Have excellent communication skills (oral and written) and ease in developing good interpersonal relationships
- Very good organizational skills
- Dedicated team player, who demonstrates initiative and independence
- Master the Microsoft Office suite
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
