In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing full-cost estimates for residential and small commercial exterior construction projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness every step of the way.

**Position Details**:

- Full-time role, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
- You'll conduct take-offs of stucco, stone, and masonry, analyzing specifications to understand project scope.
- Communication is key - you'll engage with existing and new clients through introductory and follow-up calls.
- Prepare contract and bidding documents to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Utilize your expertise to calculate full-cost estimates, considering materials, labor, and equipment necessary for successful project completion.
- Collaborate closely with the estimating manager to review final estimate packages, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

**Requirements**:

- Completion of a College or University program in Architectural Technology or related field (minimum 1 year).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in mathematical methods and formulas for problem-solving.
- Ability to interpret building specifications, blueprints, and as-builds.
- Familiarity with cost-estimating software; experience with Plan Swift 10 is advantageous.
- Prior experience in estimating (1 year preferred).
