**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a full-time dishwasher. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play an essential role in ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. Your work will directly contribute to the overall dining experience, helping to maintain the high standards our restaurant is known for.

**Responsibilities**:

- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand as required.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces are kept clean and sanitary throughout the shift.
- Sort and place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in their appropriate storage areas.
- Assist in maintaining the organization of the dishwashing station and restock necessary supplies.
- Handle cleaning of kitchen floors, counters, and other surfaces at the end of shifts to ensure the kitchen is ready for the next day.
- Dispose of kitchen waste and manage recycling in accordance with restaurant policies.
- Support kitchen staff by assisting with other cleaning or prep tasks as needed.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring cleanliness standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with other kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Good physical stamina; must be able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items as needed.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
