**OBJECTIVE**:
Under the supervision of the Allocation Manager, the Allocation Analyst for Bulgaria will oversee the allocations from the BG warehouse and elevate any issues to the manager. This role will need to be process driven and be creative on how to be the most efficient with the available tools.

**RESPONSIBLE FOR**:

- Maximizing the order fulfilment from the BG warehouse
- Validating what is coming in BG vs Order books
- Ensuring orders are pointing to the right Distribution Center (execute the Mass update in D365)
- Communicating with the rest of the Allocation team orders transferred from BG to CA
- Allocating the orders pointing the BG
- Ensuring each allocation is validated (building validation processes)
- Building new summary report, and provide weekly analysis
- Monitoring merchandise performance and inventory level
- Building strong relationships with internal departments (planning/production, sales, operation)
- Weekly meeting with planning/production to review the status of the cuts coming in
- Supporting allocation manager in season analysis from different business needs
- Supporting on allocations from MTL Distribution Center upon business needs and time off

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Retail, Operation or Business Management is preferred; or equivalent work experience
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Experience with Microsoft D365 an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Analytical personality
- Detailed oriented and meticulous;
- Time management; meet deadlines
- Organizational skills, set priorities
