Shift:
Monday to Friday: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm (1 position)

Sunday to Thursday: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm (1 position)

**Responsibilities include**:
The following is an outline of the duties and responsibilities required for this position. These duties may change from time to time depending on business needs.
- Prepare receiving dock to accept incoming product.
- Match product with packing lists from vendor.
- Operate a Reach truck or manual Pallet Jacks in a safe manner to move received product.
- May be required to assist with scheduling delivery appointments and create daily shipment schedules.
- Optimize existing Warehouse space for storage efficiency.
- Plan space for inbound shipments.
- Will be responsible for coordinating and assisting with inbound receipts, including unloading, and put away to shelf - lifting up to 50lbs.
- Process all required paperwork and maintain adequate records for reporting and tracking.
- Oversee the secure and accurate loading and unloading of deliveries.
- Track shipments and verify receipts of shipments as required.
- Manage inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
- Sort and distribute incoming shipment.
- Perform quality audits of the condition of shipped goods for both incoming and outgoing items.
- Report discrepancies to immediate supervisor.
- Follow current standards and procedures.
- Ensure that all safety standards are met and exceeded
- Demonstrate personal responsibility and accountability daily about attitude, job performance, professionalism and commitment to continuous improvement
- Manage forklift maintenance schedules
- Perform cycle counts as required
- Maintain an organized work area according to policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

**This job is right for you if you have**:

- Knowledge of inventory management and storage optimization in a Warehouse setting.
- Experience in the Warehousing industry.
- Ability to meet physical requirements including prolonged standing, repetitive actions and lifting of 40-50 pounds.

**What does it take?**
- High school diploma or GED.
- Demonstrated ability to operate material handling equipment including Reach truck certification.
- Working experience in Shipping and Receiving.
- Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting.
- Able to communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to weigh and measure items.
- Working knowledge of safe lifting methods.
- Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently.
- Attention to detail in all areas of work.
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Valid driver’s license with reliable means of transportation
- First Aid and JHSC certified (asset).
- 5S Experience (asset)

**Salary**: From $21.00 per hour
