As a Meal Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and guiding customers through their meal choices. You will be responsible for promoting menu items, assisting with order selections, and ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied.

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to understand their meal preferences and dietary needs.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and nutritional value.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell and promote special offers.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash responsibly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while ensuring food safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of meals.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
- Proficient in cashiering and cash handling procedures.
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing orders and transactions.
- Technical sales skills to effectively communicate product benefits and features.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 12 per week
