**Role accountabilities**:
The Oil and Gas Account Lead - Contaminated Sites/Restoration will be responsible for one to multiple client account teams, expanding business development opportunities and client relationships to strategically grow Arcadis’ oil and gas portfolio. They will coordinate with other Arcadis’s business lines to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and grow the business.
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients by crafting and delivering tailored solutions for Contaminated Sites/Restoration, leading teams in preparing winning proposals, and delivering successful presentations, negotiating critical issues with clients, potential teaming partners, and subconsultants, and overseeing the planning, design, and construction administration of projects to ensure the delivery of quality services and deliverables within project schedules.
Key Attributes:
- Strong client relationship skills with a successful track record of positioning, pursuing, and winning projects in the oil and gas sector with respect to Contaminated Sites/Restoration
- Excellent technical engineering and/or geoscience skills and clear, concise written and oral communication abilities.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking
- Proven ability to deliver key financial performance, including growth in annual net bookings and net revenue
- Proficient in professional discipline, project management, and client engagement
- Ability to lead and manage internal projects from inception to completion, ensuring the achievement of required delivery standards
- Achieve annual net bookings up to $5M to 10M NR and Client Experience survey results averaging 95% or above
**Qualifications & Experience**:
Required Qualifications:
- 10 to 15 years of experience in the oil and gas market with respect to Contaminated Sites/Restoration
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or Geotechnical) and/or Geoscience. Qualified Professional status expected with respect to Contaminated Sites Programs and/or Engineering Services
- P.Eng and/or P.Geo., with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) regulator required

The salary range for this position is $95,000-178,000. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
