Foreman - Concrete Demolition

As a foreman - Concrete Demolition within the Civil Engineering & Infrastructure team at Pomerleau, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing demolition work on the construction site. Working on large-scale construction projects - ranging from 1.5 million dollars to over a billion dollars - you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of various construction projects.

**What You Will Do**
- Ensure continuous leadership in health and safety to meet the highest industry standards;
- Lead safety breaks and actively participate in coordination meetings at the start of each shift with the H&S team;
- Supervise, organize, and actively manage workers to optimize performance and quality of work execution;
- Ensure the necessary tools, materials, and equipment are available to complete the work within the required timeframes according to plans and specifications;
- Draft, prepare, and manage technical and administrative documents (daily work reports, team timesheets);
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations on the construction site;
Conduct rigorous quality follow-up throughout the project with your team and subcontractors;
- Promote teamwork and encourage collaboration, demonstrate positive leadership, and maintain a pleasant working environment;
Perform any other related tasks connected to operations;

**This role could be for you if you have**
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in concrete demolition, including 1 year as a foreman
- Hold a valid CCQ card
- Hold a valid Class 5 driver's license
- Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team
