**Compensation**:At Bath Fitter, we believe in rewarding your skills and growth Here's what to expect:

- **Training Pay**: Paid training while you learn to be a Certified Bath Fitter Installer
- **Performance-Based Pay**: Once certified, your compensation will be a % of the value of the jobs you install, increasing % as you advance through certification levels.
- **Additional Productivity Pay**: Earn extra % based on hours worked.
- **Service Work**: You will earn hourly pay for any additional service-related tasks.

**What You'll Do**
As an Installer, you will:

- Install premium Bath Fitter products in just one day.
- Deliver accurate and professional installation services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on care and maintenance of their new installation.
- Keep your work area clean, respect customer property, and adhere to Bath Fitter's standards.

**Skills & Experience You Bring**
- **Carpentry Expertise**: 2+ years in carpentry, trim carpentry, construction, or in-home renovations.
- **Precision & Tools**: Skilled in using tape measures, levels, power tools, and basic plumbing knowledge is a bonus.
- **Reliability**: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively, demonstrate professionalism, and commit to safety standards.
