- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a fine dining environment
- Successful applicants must be guest focused and must love to make people happy
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Be enthusiastic, outgoing, positive and upbeat.
- Accommodating and willing to go the extra mile and exceed guest expectations
- Ability to build professional relationships with guests.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Anticipate guests needs by constantly evaluating the environment and guests
- Strong people skills (interpersonal, work as a team, build relationships)
- Outgoing and friendly
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights and holidays
- Able to stand for majority of shift, some heavy lifting, walk for an extended period of time, lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, stopping and placing object
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations - Smart Serve Certified
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patron
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
