We are seeking a motivated, results-driven individual to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in helping customers find the perfect new or pre-owned vehicle to suit their needs, while providing a top-tier customer experience from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and assist them in selecting the right vehicle.
- Present vehicles, explaining features, pricing, and financing options.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve sales targets and performance goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Process vehicle transactions, including trade-ins, financing, and leasing options.
- Follow up with leads and prospects, providing excellent post-sale support and service.
- Stay up to date on Hyundai product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, customer service, and integrity.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous sales experience (automotive sales experience is an asset, but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong desire to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- OMVIC certification

Pay: $80,000.00-$200,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
