- Prepare electrical estimates for commercial & industrial projects, including design-build, service work & tenders.
- Calculate material takeoffs, labour requirements, and equipment costs based on specs, drawings & or provided details
- Perform additional duties as needed to achieve sales goals
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to discuss and refine project scope and requirements.
- Conduct site visits to assess conditions and gather information necessary for accurate estimates.
- Monitor ongoing projects to adjust estimates based on changes in scope or unforeseen circumstances.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols throughout the estimation process.

Optimal Air Solutions services the commercial / industrial HVAC/R market and is branching into the electrical market. We service the commercial, industrial & institutional markets. Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
