Reporting to the Maître'D, the Bartender is responsible for the preparation and service of premium beverages while providing exceptional customer service. You work closely with the bar and service team to create a memorable experience for our customers.

**Primary responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including classic and creative cocktails, spirits, wines, beers and soft drinks.
- Know the proper recipes and techniques to prepare each drink and present them in an attractive way.
- Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences and the dishes they have ordered.
- Interact with customers in an engaging manner, providing personalized service and answering their questions about beverages and recommendations.
- Manage beverage inventory, monitor levels, and place orders in a timely manner to maintain adequate supply.
- Maintain bar cleanliness and order, including regular maintenance and cleaning of equipment and utensils.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a bartender, preferably in a restaurant or hotel environment.
- Excellent knowledge of mixology, including classic and contemporary cocktail recipes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
