**Your Tasks**:

- Promote the features and benefits of Pollard products and services.
- Support customers throughout their purchasing experience
- Follow up and maintain customer relations
- Prepare quotations and sales contracts.
- Generating positive Google Reviews
- Prospect and qualify new sales opportunity, travel to customer homes
- Report on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually)
- Work with the Display Centre Manager and internal support to achieve sales quotas
- Support accounts receivable department to facilitate timely account collection
- Educate self on competition, market trends; participate in training, meetings as required as well as possible tradeshows
- This role requires some office presence and out on the road for customer meetings to secure sales
- Also required to be available on a rotational schedule for evening and Saturday shifts to meet with and respond to customer needs

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of the construction/renovation or windows and doors industry (an asset);
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Resilient with a proven track record in sales; excellent customer relation skills
- An updated driver’s abstract will be required as will a personal vehicle to attend customer meetings
- Sound knowledge of the Ontario Building Code is not required but is an asset

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:

- Marketing or Business Administration or a Diploma in Sales techniques is a plus
- Experience in the window and door industry (or any related building or interior design materials) is an asset

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
