**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, procedures, and pet care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the clinic's database.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries with professionalism.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Provide clients with educational materials about pet care and clinic services.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and software; familiarity with veterinary management software is advantageous.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- A genuine love for animals and a commitment to providing excellent client service.
