Niagara Clifton Group is hiring **Hosts** for our **Beer Garden** Patio.

**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the General Manager, the **Host (Cover Person)** will be responsible for checking-in, collecting cover, and providing excellent customer service to our customers when they arrive to enjoy Niagara Clifton Group’s Beer Garden (bar, outdoor patio, and karaoke).

**Shifts**: Afternoons, Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays.

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Part Time, Seasonal.

**Compensation**:$15.50 per hour., plus tip pool participation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner.
- Accurately explain cover charges for entry and process transactions.
- Accommodate special seating requests for customers whenever possible.
- Answer customers of any questions asked.
- Thank customers as they leave and invite them to return.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas
- Complete additional work, including cleaning and assisting other team members.

**Qualifications**:

- 1 years’ experience working as a host in a high-volume restaurant or bar is preferred.
- The ability to work independently or as well as part of a team.
- The ability to multitask, while under pressure, in a high-volume setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with your customers and co-workers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Available to work varied schedules (days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays) to support the hours of operation.
