Our **Sweet Home on Main** location in Stettler is a cornerstone of our brand, and we’re looking for a passionate and experienced **Store Manager** to lead the team and drive success.

**Position Overview**:
As the **Store Manager**, you will oversee the daily operations of both the **boutique and café**, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and an inspiring workplace for staff. You will be responsible for sales performance, staff leadership, customer service, inventory management, and operational efficiency. This is a hands-on role that requires a mix of **business acumen, leadership, and creativity** to keep Sweet Home on Main thriving.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership & Team Management**:

- Lead, motivate, and train a team of boutique and café employees.
- Maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
- Schedule staff efficiently to ensure excellent service while maintaining labor budgets.
- **Sales & Customer Experience**:

- Drive sales and profitability through excellent customer engagement and strategic merchandising.
- Ensure an exceptional shopping and dining experience that aligns with Sweet Home’s brand and values.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans to boost revenue.
- **Operations & Inventory Management**:

- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth coordination between the boutique and café.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and merchandising for both retail and café products.
- Ensure café food and beverage quality, adherence to health regulations, and efficient service.
- **Marketing & Community Engagement**:

- Implement in-store promotions and assist with local marketing efforts, including social media.
- Foster community relationships and engage with customers both in-store and online.
- **Financial Oversight**:

- Monitor sales targets, expenses, and overall store profitability.
- Work with ownership to develop strategies for growth and operational efficiency.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **2+ years of retail, hospitality, or food service management experience** (Boutique/café experience is an asset).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for fashion, food, and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and sales reporting.
- Social media savvy and ability to support marketing initiatives.
- Availability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
