Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential Building.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, Rough in.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing effective and timely solutions.
- Lead and supervise apprentice plumbers, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Follow and listen to direction or instructions from Journeyman or office as per instruction. Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and vehicle.
- Interact professionally with clients, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Complete all required documentation and reports accurately and on time.

**Requirements**:

- Over three years of experience in residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and complete work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments.
- Willingness to continue professional development and training.

Pay: $16.00-$24.00 per hour
