**Position**: Residential and Commercial Cleaner
- Maintain and sanitize residential and commercial properties.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in various environments.
- Must have own vehicle for traveling between locations.
- Responsible for providing and maintaining own cleaning supplies.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- **Cleaning Expertise**: Ensure thorough cleaning for residential and commercial properties, maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- **Environmental Awareness**: Use eco-friendly cleaning agents and techniques to reduce environmental impact.
- **Driving & Transportation**: Travel to cleaning sites efficiently; requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- **Supply Management**: Provide and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment for effective use.
- **Adaptability**: Adjust cleaning methods based on each property’s unique needs.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- **Client Communication**: Interact professionally with clients and address specific cleaning requests.
- **Qualifications**:_
- **Experience**: Proven background in residential and commercial cleaning with strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
- **Sustainability**: Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning practices and commitment to promoting sustainability in the cleaning industry.
- _**Reliable transportation to commute to different locations for cleaning assignments.**_
- _**Equipped with own cleaning supplies and knowledge of how to use cleaning supplies**_
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage cleaning schedules.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand and fulfill client cleaning needs.
- Physical capability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques and industry best practices.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
