Tri-Phase Group is an environmental and construction company that has been providing our services since 1997. We provide demolition, hazardous materials abatement, storage tank removals, new construction, rebuild, renovations and more.

We are looking for an assistant project manager who will report directly into our operations manager. This role will primarily consist of being on various work sites/projects that are assigned to them.

**Roles and Responsibilities** (include but not limited to):

- Assisting in the management of day-to-day operations of on site crews
- Ensuring on site crews are meeting schedule specifications and the schedule
- Assisting with obtaining all permits and local authority permission
- Ensuring appropriate documentation and start-up documentation is in place for each work site
- Assisting in coordination of subtrades for on-site work
- Ensuring on-site crews are following proper health and safety procedures, productivity and efficiency to the standard of the contract and to Tri-Phase Group's policies and procedures
- Participating in meetings with the clients to discuss overall progress
- Providing site coordination and tracking of subcontracted activities
- Managing subcontract submittals
- Working closely with team members and decision makers to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective project delivery
- Ensuring total completion of project including contractually and financially

**Requirements**:

- Must have a valid G driver's license with a clean abstract
- Must have demolition, abatement and construction experience
- Must know how to read drawings
- Institutional and commercial construction background
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritization of work to achieve them
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
