**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
The Kitting Team Lead is responsible for the day-to-day organization and oversight of kitting programs at our Fulfillment and Warehouse facility located in Mississauga.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
You will work closely with the Kitting Manager to determine the daily schedule of kitting programs. You will set up and tear down distributions, work alongside the kitting team to complete kits and ensure quality and productivity targets are met and lead the kitting team in the absence of the manager. You will also create labels and weigh bills and once a distribution is complete, work assist with moving overs to inventory.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing fulfillment and kitting role.
- Strong demonstrated customer service and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to respond and adapt quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word and Excel
- Attention to detail in all areas of work.
