Calgary, Canada Concorde Airport Services Full time

The YYC Link Ambassadors will operate scheduled YYC LINK compact transit system vehicles which carries up to 10 passengers between the various concourses in the international and domestic terminals.
- Have a professional, friendly, welcoming attitude and appearance while providing passengers with a friendly, and superior level of care and customer service;
- Be responsible for safely transporting passengers and must be committed to safety and customer service.
- Promote and educate passengers of the services, products and amenities available within the Terminal complex;
- Collaborate with all airport partners to ensure high customer service;
**Working Conditions**:

- Prolonged sitting in a confined space and standing are required **;**:

- Walking long distances may be required;
- Shift is required; and
- The airport is not a scent free environment.
- Ability to lift 12 kg+

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Class 5 Drivers License. Preference given for professional driving qualifications and experience
- Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills & customer service skills

**Salary**: $22.36 per hour
