**Summary**

**MINIMUM ONE YEAR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our dental professionals and enhancing the patient experience. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional dental care.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist dentists during various procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment for patient treatments.
- Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation using patient management software.
- Provide excellent patient care by addressing questions and concerns before, during, and after procedures.
- Support pediatric patients with a friendly approach to ensure comfort during visits.
- Collaborate with the dental team to improve clinic operations and patient satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant, Level II is a requirement for this role.
- HARP certification is required
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM, proper dental terminology and experience having worked in pediatrics or orthodontics is an asset but not mandatory.
- Must be up to date with all IPAC and training requirements as necessary for the role
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
