Wrap Installer

**M2 Graphix are on the hunt for a full time vehicle wrap installer**
- **We are Victoria's premier vehicle wrap and detailing shop, specializing in colour change wraps, printed wraps, spot graphics, custom vinyl work and vehicle detailing. Every day is different We are fast-paced, vibrant, and expanding rapidly in Langford's Westshore.**_

We are looking to add a new member to our team with vehicle wrap experience You will be working closely with our front of house, graphic designers, production, other installers, and detailing teams.

Your daily tasks include prepping vehicles and surfaces for wrapping, installation of printed and coloured vinyls to all sorts of vehicles
- including supercars, trucks, sprinters and promasters, as well as normal cars and sedans. There will also be jobs that require you to install on flat glass, walls, and acrylic. Although we mostly work on cars, there are the odd “sign shop” installations as well.

**Needs**:

- **Minimum** 2 years experience
- **Minimum** of 25 completed colour change wraps
- Skilled with knifeless tape
- 3M or Avery certification preferred
- **Easy going, **_**no drama (if you don’t play well with others, please don’t apply)**_
- Must be open to learning, feedback, and growth
- Highly organized and tidy
- Confidence and initiative to do tasks without being asked
- Flexibility, plans sometimes change quickly
- Must have a valid driver's license (Novice or better), as there will be off site installs from time to time
- Must be able to give and receive constructive feedback from your peers.

**Wants**:

- Customer service skills, there will be times you must talk to clients
- Experience in a sign shop, detailing, tint shop, or industrial setting
- Production experience (there is the odd time we may need extra help here)
- Tint or PPF experience
