'''Duties:''' - Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management - Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and meet sales goals - Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels - Create and maintain a positive and welcoming store environment for customers - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner - Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates '''Requirements:''' - Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role - Strong organizational and leadership skills - Excellent sales and customer service abilities - Ability to interview, hire, train, and develop store staff - Knowledge of budgeting and financial principles - Bilingual (preferred) - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.55-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6B 4H6 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6B 4H6: Relocate before starting work (required)
