Job Position: Ramp Agent

Who We Are:
Onward Aviation is an executive FBO (Fixed Base Operator) based in Hamilton, Ontario at John
C. Munro International Airport operating 24 hours and 365 days per year. Our primary objective is to provide our clients with a superior customer experience. We provide executive hangarage, refueling, passenger handling, customs clearance assistance, and aviation maintenance services.

Currently seeking Ramp Agents for our Hamilton, Ontario team. We offer a competitive compensation package to our team as well as a safe, friendly work environment.

Primary Function:
Coordinate all ground handling with FBO Operations

Duties and Responsibilities:
▪ Direct all incoming and outgoing aircraft in and around FBO
▪ Onload and offload of outgoing and incoming aircraft
▪ Assist clients with luggage and valet services
▪ Coordination with aircraft flight crew for fueling requirements
▪ Operation of ground service equipment (GSE)
▪ General Housekeeping duties as required both inside and outside of hangar
▪ Willing to work outside in all weather conditions
▪ Keep current with ongoing safety training and compliance modules as required such

WHMIS, Dangerous Goods, Fuel Handling, etc.

**Qualifications**:
▪ High School Graduate or equivalent
▪ Obtain an Airport Restricted Security Pass (RAIC) as a condition of employment
▪ Valid Driver’s license without restrictions
▪ Obtain an Airside Vehicle Operator Permit (AVOP) within first 30 days of employment
▪ Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and stat holidays
▪ Ability to work in confined spaces
▪ Able to lift or move up to 50lbs independently
▪ Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written
