Line Cook/prep Cook for a Food Truck

We are looking for people located in Canada, our company is not able to give any kind of work permit.

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our food truck team. As a food truck team member, you will play a critical role in delivering delicious food and exceptional customer service on-the-go. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cooking, serving customers, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Food Preparation**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and prepared in a timely manner.

**2. Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Provide recommendations on menu items and address any customer inquiries or complaints.

**3. Cooking and Cooking Techniques**:

- Operate cooking equipment, including grills, fryers, and ovens, ensuring food is cooked to the highest standards.
- Monitor food temperatures and presentation to ensure quality control.

**4. learning and Sanitation**:

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food truck, including cooking surfaces, food storage areas, and serving equipment.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure food safety.

**5. Inventory Management**:

- Help with inventory control by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of shortages.
- Assist in organizing and restocking supplies as needed.

**6. Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient operation during busy service periods.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for menu items and improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have License 5.
- Previous experience in food service or cooking is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must maintain personal hygiene and follow sanitation guidelines.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs.).
- Must be comfortable working in a mobile kitchen environment.
