**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and contribute to the planning phase for projects including defining use scenarios; identifying ways industry innovations can be leveraged; creating use cases and process flows; and coordinating the cross-functional creation of detailed project plans, release plans, pilot plans, and partner plans.
- Manage the product backlog.
- Investigate, gather, and document detailed information regarding defects.
- Ensure an effective hand-off of project deliverables to the development team by collaborating to create business and technical documentation.
- Maintain status reports for all assigned projects, work as warranted to ensure the project is executed to planned schedule, and proactively eliminate obstacles and escalate when projects are at risk.
- Contribute to the overall product strategy by staying informed of BI and Analytical solutions, contribute ideas to other product teams at their request or proactively, share identified technology trends, and identify opportunities to collaborate across areas.
- Contribute to pricing and productization strategies.
- Manage project performance by ensuring capacity is available to deliver on slated projects, collaborate with other team members if additional resources are required or timelines need to be adjusted, and analyze the data for patterns and indicators if project timelines are slipping.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products, industry, and technical trends.
- Work on multiple tasks simultaneously with demanding timelines.
- Participate in after-hours support rotation.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT Business or similar.
- Demonstrated experience leading software products through the entire software development lifecycle.
- Extensive experience with IT in business analysis, product ownership, project management or similar.
- Experience with contributing to and executing on a product roadmap.
- Proven experience in generating product ideas, innovation, and vetting ideas.
- Experience with/or demonstrated understanding of APIs, Mobile development, Automated & Manual Testing
- Strong technical background in related technologies; ability to lead high-level discussions on technology strategy and approach.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams (without formal authority) and guide them to solve complex problems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both orally and in writing.
